As a long-term investor, we are a committed shareholder. We not only strive for the best return for your pension, but we also demand that the companies we invest in conduct responsible business practices and are good employers.

Companies in our investment portfolio that do not conduct business responsibly will be addressed by us. One of the ways we do this is by talking to them and voting at their shareholders' meetings.

We are convinced that responsible investment yields a good pension and contributes to a more liveable world. Therefore, we align our investments with the long-term objectives of the Paris Agreement.

When it comes to CO₂ intensity and good governance, we aim for our investments to outperform the market.

In addition, we pay extra attention to gender equality, sustainable cities and clean and affordable energy in our investment policy. In addition to climate action, research showed that our participants consider these topics to be important. This is always in conjunction with providing a good pension.
